LAST UPDATED · 21 AUGUST 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of mark22.co.uk (the “website”). By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. The website is operated by:
Company
MARK22 LTD
Company number
17413098
Registered in
England and Wales
Registered office
4–6 Greatorex Street, London, England, E1 5NF
These terms are separate from our Terms of Business, which govern the recruitment services we provide to clients. Where you engage MARK22 for recruitment services, the Terms of Business apply to that engagement.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes connected with our recruitment services — for example to learn about MARK22, to review information about roles, or to contact us. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time.
3. Website content is for information only
The content on this website is provided for general information about MARK22 and its services. It does not constitute advice — legal, financial, career or otherwise — and you should not rely on it as such. We take reasonable care over the content, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. Salary information, market commentary and similar content are general indications only and will vary by role, company and circumstances.
4. No guarantee of employment
Nothing on this website is an offer of employment, and nothing creates any obligation on MARK22 to find you a role. Specifically:
We cannot guarantee that we will find you suitable work
We cannot guarantee that submitting your details will result in an introduction, an interview or an offer
Hiring decisions are made solely by the employer, not by MARK22
Any role we discuss with you is subject to the employer’s own process, requirements and checks
5. Vacancies may change or close
Where the website refers to roles or hiring activity, that information reflects our understanding at the time it was published. Roles may be filled, withdrawn, put on hold, or have their requirements, salary or location changed at any time by the employer, without notice to us or to you. We do not warrant that any role referred to on the website remains available.
6. Information you give us
If you send us information — through the contact form, by email, or otherwise — you are responsible for making sure it is accurate, up to date and not misleading. This applies particularly to CVs, employment history, qualifications and skills.
You must not submit information about another person unless you have their permission to do so.
We handle information you send us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, for candidates, our Candidate Privacy Notice.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, layout, design, graphics, logos and the MARK22 name and branding — is owned by or licensed to MARK22 LTD and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business use in connection with our services. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute website content commercially without our written permission
Use our name, branding or logos without our written permission
Systematically extract, scrape or harvest content or data from the website
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
Use the website in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful material
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected system
Attack the website through a denial-of-service attack or similar
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or index the website other than for legitimate search-engine indexing
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
Use any contact facility to send spam, bulk messaging or unsolicited marketing
Use the website in a way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, and may report relevant conduct to the appropriate authorities.
9. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites, including professional networking platforms and client websites. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party websites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your personal information. You access them at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or matters outside our reasonable control, including issues with our hosting provider. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising solely from the website being unavailable at any time or for any period.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
We provide the website “as is” and exclude all implied warranties in relation to it
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on its content
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated savings
We are not liable for loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful material that may infect your device as a result of using the website
If you are using the website as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Our liability to clients in connection with recruitment services is dealt with in our Terms of Business, not here.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always available on the website, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated. Please check them from time to time; continuing to use the website means you accept the terms in force at that time.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
